Test-day checklist
- Book the knowledge test with North Yorkshire Council licensing (northyorks.gov.uk).
- Bring photo ID and arrive early.
- Format: written test, 60 questions in 60 minutes (restricted school / social-care licence: 30 questions in 30 minutes). Pass mark 80% (48/60).
