1. What this is

UK Driver Licence Prep is an independent study aid for the Transport for London SERU and Topographical skills assessments and for council taxi and private hire knowledge tests. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Transport for London or any council or licensing authority. It does not replace any required course or assessment, and it does not issue any licence, badge or certificate. Test formats, fees and council policies change: always check the official TfL or council page before relying on any fact, and follow the law and your licensing authority over anything on this site.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox: it is how you prove you own the subscription. One subscription is for one person; don't share sign-in links.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or every 3 months) in pounds sterling, billed by Stripe. Prices shown include any VAT due.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays on for a short grace period (3 days) while Stripe retries; after that it switches off until payment succeeds.
• Prices can change; we'll email you before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

4. Your right to cancel and refunds

Pro is digital content supplied straight away. At checkout you ask us to start supplying it immediately and acknowledge that, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you lose the 14-day right to cancel once access begins. We still refund a charge if you contact contact@bisaitechnologies.com within 14 days of it and you hadn't used Pro since a first subscription, were charged twice, were charged after cancelling, had an accidental renewal you haven't used since (reported within 7 days), or hit a technical fault we couldn't fix within 7 days. There is no pass guarantee: we can't control the official assessment, and a failed test is not a reason for a refund on its own. Full details are in our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish the questions, explanations or notes; they are our original work and protected by copyright. Don't try to bypass the paywall or disrupt the service.

6. Liability

The service is provided for test preparation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, assessment or licence fees, lost income or the outcome of any assessment, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality).

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and the mandatory consumer protections of where you live always apply.
