Refund policy
Publisher: Bisai Technologies (Bisai Technologies, LLC), 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States · Contact: contact@bisaitechnologies.com · Effective: 19 October 2026
This policy covers the UK Driver Licence Prep Pro subscription bought on this website and billed by Stripe. If you subscribed in the mobile app, your payment went through Apple or Google and their refund process applies instead.
1. Cancelling is not the same as a refund
You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current period on its own: see below for when we refund.
2. When we refund
Email contact@bisaitechnologies.com within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full if any of these apply:
- You didn't use Pro. You subscribed for the first time and haven't used any Pro-only feature (such as the locked mock tests or topic practice) since paying.
- Double charge. You were charged twice for the same period.
- Charged after cancelling. A renewal went through after you had cancelled.
- Accidental renewal. You report it within 7 days of the renewal and haven't used Pro since the renewal date.
- Technical fault. A fault stops you from using Pro and we can't fix it within 7 days of your report.
Outside these cases, payments for a period that has started are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise (section 5).
3. No pass guarantee
UK Driver Licence Prep does not offer a pass guarantee. We can't control the official assessment or its result, and failing it is not a reason for a refund on its own.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email contact@bisaitechnologies.com from the address you use to sign in, and tell us the date and amount of the charge and the reason. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. Refunds are made in pounds sterling, the currency you were charged in.
5. Your legal rights
Pro is digital content supplied as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ends once access begins; section 2 still applies. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described and of satisfactory quality; if it isn't, you're entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that isn't possible, a price reduction or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, the new version applies to charges made after it is published on this page. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
